Registration Form Letter

We would like to welcome you to the much awaited wrestling season! We are very excited to be gearing up for this years season. It may have its speedbumps along the way, in which case we thank you in advance for your understanding.

Below are our Policy and Release forms. Most important of all is our Emergency Contact/Registration form in the event anything ever happens during a practice or trip. All Coaches have access to this form (digital and/or physical copies) in case of emergencies.

Please make sure that all forms are printed and turned in to a coach before your first practice attended. We may require more information for the Alberta Amateur Wrestling Association Membership registration, which we will request at a later date if required.

In addition please note that any and all Covid protocols are out of the control of our club. Our priority of the season is to run straight through while keeping our athletes and coaches safe and healthy for the entirety. Thanks in advance for your understanding.
