Shirt Size Form

Hey Team,

Thanks again for registering for this upcoming season! As you may or not be aware we always give the athletes shirts as part of their registration. This year we will be giving two shirts to each athlete and having a name patch for first names on the arm to help with our new athletes and coaches joining our team. Although it’s not mandatory to wear every single practice we will ask that the athletes please try to wear them as much as possible to help us all out.
