Tournament Registration Process
For each of the tournaments we are going to we will create a google drive. For those new to wrestling. All tournament registration is done through the Coaches. Please do not contact the host of the event to register as an individual.
- Forms and payments must be completed and e-transferred (with a note for what event and which athletes) to coach@spartanwrestling.ca one week in advance of the event.
- The practice before the event the athletes will jump on the scale just to confirm the proper weight class for the event. Please put the current weight at the time of the completion of the forms (in Kilograms) and we will correct it on the back end. If you are not at the practice prior to the tournament to weigh in you will be removed from the event.
* PLEASE NOTE: There is no refund for tournament no shows. Once we submit our roster to the host team we are invoiced for that amount.
