For athletes Grades 6 and up we will get the group together at Crescent Heights high school parking lot and run over to the stairs where we will do a warm up workout and hill run. I’ll be there each Wednesday from 7-8:15 pm to lead the kids. This is a free workout and not mandatory. We just wanted to do something where the kids can stay active over the summer and stay together as a community once a week. There won’t be any wrestling technique involved, Just performance fitness and mobility.
